Traditionally, intelligence was measured by short aptitude tests that measures competence in core subjects such as reading and mathematics. And to a large extent, intelligence is still defined by how well you do on aptitude tests. However Howard Gardner, an academician from Harvard University, thinks that being intelligent doesn’t mean that you can easily comprehend what you read or can easily solve an equation. That is why he presented the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, which states that there are actually multiple types of intelligences, 9 to be exact.

In this theory, Gardner explains that there should be no single ability that defines intelligence. The hypothesis, as printed in his 1983 book ‘Frames of Mind: the Theory of Multiple Intelligences,’ proposed that several criteria should be looked upon in order to predict the intelligence of a person. Whatever you excel in makes you intelligent in your own right. But if you are looking for more ways to improve your multiple smarts, then read on below to find out how you can do so:

Naturalist Intelligence

This type of intelligence is defined as the ability to distinguish and classify animals, plants and other naturally-occurring objects in the environment. As such, individuals who are touted as ‘nature smart’ excel in applying scientific theories to real-life scenarios. Landscape architects, naturalists and scientists are said to be ‘nature smart.’ Do you want to become just like them? Then here are ways on how you can improve your Naturalist Intelligence:

1) Experience the great outdoors.

1) Play card games.

Magic words ♥

The transitional moments of stillness in our lives can be restless, they can trigger unnecessary anxiety, which is detrimental to our overall health. We need to pay attention to our thoughts and which direction their physical manifestation is leading us. It is crucial to have total awareness of one self at all times.The instant we realize that the process of any negative thinking is taking place, it is important to guide it into a positive direction. There are several ways to do so. One must find an outlet. Whether its painting, writing poetry, running, going for a walk, exercising of any kind, any form of activity will allow an inflow of fresh air into our troubled brain.
Another, an even easier way to clear up the mind is to just simply start expressing our gratitude. Even in the most desperate and hopeless moments of our lives there's is always something to be grateful for. Express your gratitude for everything that surrounds you, no matter how silly it may seem to do so. Everything from park benches to trees, cars and buses, stores, a cup of coffee in your hand, a table and a chair that we are able to use every day, and the persons that manufactured it, say" thank you" for all of your family, and close friends, naming them individually, for the sun that comes up each and every day to warm the planet, for the plants that sprout to feed us because of it, for the fresh air and water that we still have to make our survival possible. And if you are still struggling to find something to be grateful for, just simply repeat words "Thank You". Make a song out of it if you have to, the words have been labeled "magic" for a reason. It is a very simple, and highly effective concept. Continue to vocalize it until you feel better, however long it takes. Let it be the first thing you say when you wake up, chant it at breakfast lunch and dinner, in the shower and in the car, at each and every traffic light, at work, and as you fall asleep at the end of your day. Make it your mantra! In the midst of the deepest blues those "magic" words will help you brake free. They will allow you to gain your independence from the destructive forces of negativity in all its forms. The practice of being grateful will lift the heaviness and make you receptive to the LOVE that is all around us. It will help you breathe deeper, which will in turn nourish every cell in your body with rejuvenating oxygen and slowly, or in some cases very rapidly will restore the balance that was lost due to the stress that we find our selves under.
Any physical or mental strain translates into stress, if we are alive we are stressing. Stress within it self can be good for us or bad. It's all a matter of how we choose to perceive it. If we are stressing our bodies and minds in hopes to achieve a specific goal, to learn something, or solve a problem, to get our selves in better physical shape, that would be an example of beneficial stress, but if we worry and beat our selves up senselessly about things that we have no control over, such as being stuck in traffic, your bosses crankiness, or your partners need for space(which often makes us feel insecure and rejected), are all perfect examples of bad stress. For as long as we are alive , as long as we are breathing, it will always be there. Everything within us is under constant stress . Our heart is beating, our cells are producing life giving energy, our brains are transmitting electrical impulses with each thought, everything is hard at work for the team "HUMAN BODY". Then why can't we join this team and work just as hard toward total unity with our own selves? Everything and anything that you can think of is there for us to appreciate and learn from. So start putting more energy into restoring your body's homeostasis. Stop fighting the flow of life, bloom where you're planted, strengthen your character, be grateful in all, and as a very dear friend of mine often says ; " always see the beauty!" all my love. How To Raise Your Vibration
Many of us are struggling with family relationships right now as not everyone has chosen to raise their vibration. When we all chose to incarnate on this planet we all chose, in the beginning, that we wanted to be here for this opportunity to evolve and expand in consciousness with the planet. However, once we incarnated....many of us used our free will to not ascend. Some people, and their higher selves, decided they needed more time to learn and evolve in duality/conflict/fear/ego based experiences. Now this creates a problem for the other half of us who have chosen to ascend in consciousness and raise the vibrations of our energy fields because we no longer are a vibrational match to our incarnated family members who are choosing not to ascend. And our energy fields are clashing and repelling... as like energy attracts like energies and opposite energies repel each other.
An ascending humans energy field vibrates much faster and tends to pull the other persons energy field up into a higher vibration, simply by being in our presence, and this will throw others who are choosing not to ascend in ATTACK mode because when their vibration begins to rise they run into they are not wanting to step into their truth and accept responsibility for their lives. They want to remain in a 3D blinded state of consciousness of forgetfulness, and this is perfectly fine for them. Unfortunately, this creates great pain for an ascending soul because we still want to interact with our family and we also want to help them ascend in vibration as well. But it is not our place......and just our very presence can create so much conflict and confusion in their being the relationship can become a huge burden on all parties involved. This really becomes our lesson in detachment and also learning how to respond to others without reacting.
Because we have a higher vibration and a higher state of consciousness, more is expected of us. We will need to remain focused on our ascension path and release the need to save others, because truly they are exactly where they are choosing to be. They don't want us to raise their vibration, but we need to be there for our SELF and choose to spend time in relationships that are on a more resonant vibrational level otherwise we will constantly find ourselves in chaos and duality over and over again. This is hard because we as souls have never ascended in consciousness, at such an accelerated rate, with half of the planet saying YES and the other half saying NO. In order to speed up your dark night of the soul, you will need to grasp the lessons. Keep your focus on you; your ego will keep distracting you by getting you to think about them and what they did wrong and what they need to learn etc... What have you learned from this latest altercation? What can you improve on? What do you need to release? What do you need to accept about your self?
Love your self and honor your imperfections as you rapidly learn and evolve through intense learning experiences that will help you make better, more life affirming choices for your souls ascension! Let things go that do not serve a love, joy, peace, unity vibration. When you view all of this from a higher perspective you an see how actually PERFECT half of us ascending and the other half not ascending is for an ascending souls lessons in mastery. We are learning so much through the behaviors, rejections, demands and fears of our unascending brothers and sisters. We are learning what we no longer want to experience anymore through our interactions together. However,
YOU will need to trust your self and the decisions you make for your highest and best good. Stop feeling guilty or responsible for everyone else and their well being and also stop expecting all of your relationships to be in perfect harmony at this time of great transition. Do what is right/light filled for YOU.....after all who are YOU living for? This is your souls what enhances your light not depletes it....and be ok with your decisions. In addition, always know that if a relationship is meant to will be. We are never separated from anyone, as we are all one and energetically connected at all times. Sometimes setting a boundary with someone and also giving each other a little space generates the healing energy each person needs to return to the relationship in a more evolved manner. In the mean time know that it is your love, compassion and acceptance that you it to your self.

This is The incredible explorer that lives innately inside all of creation itself* and indeed all of US ! Only to make the final and ultimate realization that there never was anything to explore in the first place.. Because WE KNEW WE ARE ALL THIS ONE LIGHT and INDEED The Impeccable ORIGINAL ETERNAL SELF ! But we must take our First Steps by acknowledging all of this as it stands..completely.. right now.. Humans are going to have conflict. It is not something we need to avoid; however, we do need to learn how to speak our truth with words of love ~ harming none ~ or we could create additional karma for ourselves. Now that does not mean....we step out of authenticity and integrity, and tell people what they want to hear just so we don't hurt their egos feelings. We need to be honest and express our needs, standing up for ourselves ~ however, we can do this in a grounded, loving way with strong yet compassionate words. We also need to address these situations DE-PASSIONATELY...... because if we are very passionate about our "truth" then the likely hood of us opening up our energy field to outside influences becomes very possible. When we open our energy field, we loose our protection and leak energy..... our energy becomes scattered. Oftentimes, this is when we will project portions of our energy into someone else's energy field, and likewise they will project energy into ours. We also create energetic cords and entanglements with other people, and this will drain both people's energetic systems, as well as, create great confusion within both beings. If you get caught up in a moment where you loose your balance, it would be best to walk away and gather yourself (your energy) and get grounded before you address the situation. The situation will need to be dealt with....otherwise, it will continue to re-create itself.

We are approaching the end of an age. We are moving out of the dark ages where we have been immersed in the negativity of polarity and duality and entering a 2,000 year cycle where each one of us has the opportunity to rapidly raise our vibration and receive the transmutational energies of our higher/spiritual self.
Layer upon layer of distortion that has been residing within our energy fields ~ blocking us from our truth as divine, LOVING, spiritual beings is being transmuted by the light of our higher selves. We are going through our own inner apocalypse. Apocalypse in greek means lifting of the veil:

The Apocalypse of John (Greek Ἀποκάλυψις Ἰωάννου) is the Book of Revelation, the last book of the New Testament. By extension, apocalypse can refer to any End Time scenario.
Everything that is not based on truth will rise to the surface to been seen so we can release it. This is why we see so many "secrets" being revealed at this coaches who have sexually abused their players, banks and corporations who have been dishonest and greedy with their monies, political leaders who have been caught using drugs and hiring call girls, priest and pastors who have misused their power, family secrets coming out and families falling apart, etc..... These events are all mirror reflections of the collective ego and shadow consciousness we are all being asked to heal now.
We are unveiling our "selves" and releasing those distorted aspects of self that can not reside in the higher vibrational dimensions of peace, love and oneness. Everything that is not LOVE, must go.
As we go through this process ~ it may not feel so great. Old distorted emotions, feelings, behavioral patterns, and beliefs are rising to the surface at an accelerated rate. Most of these are unconscious....we don't even know they are there. The more we surrender to the process and are willing to "see" ourselves ~ being brutally self honest ~ the more we will be able to accept our fragmented "unloved" negative parts of ourself that get pushed to the outer edges of our energy field, bringing them back to our center so the LIGHT of our higher self can shine down on them helping us to transmute them. If we refuse to "see and accept" our inner negativity we push it away from the center of our energy remains fragmented and outside of our true self where the LIGHT from our higher self is not able to transform it into it's highest expression of love. I've been searching for a new necklace, found this pendant among my craft supplies, not sure where it came from, but I am pretty sure I'm supposed to have it. I love the symbolism.

Triskelions: Ancient and Modern
The triskelion or” triskele” is also known as the tri-spiral or “Spiral of Life.” The three spirals in the triskelion are interconnected with no open ends thus creating one continuous line. Each spiral turns in the same direction. The three spirals represent balance, harmony and continual motion indicative of the flow of life and of the Earth in her seasons and cycles.

This symbol is found on many ancient carvings, the most famous of which is Newgrange in County Meath, Ireland, which dates back to 2500 BC. The symbol is carved into the rock at the main entrance. It is one of the most famous stones in Megalithic art. The same symbol is found Triskelion Newgange roofengraved on one of the stones inside the chamber. Newgrange is best known for the illumination of its chamber by the Winter Solstice sun. Morning sunlight travels up the passageway. Then, as the sun rises, the whole chamber is dramatically illuminated.

The triskelion is often thought to have Celtic origin, but it was carved at least 2000 years before the Celts inhabited Ireland. According to Celtic tradition the triskelion is connected to the mother goddess. It is an invocation of the three material domains of earth, air, and water.

The gold quimbaya is another example of the use of the triple spiral– from Columbia.

As receivers and transmitters, triskelions made of certain metals gather and disseminate the frequencies at which they resonate. The triskelion has an amazing ability to neutralize harmful energy, balancing Yin and Yang, (positive and negative; masculine and femine) in almost any setting.

Triskelions set up a bioelectric and biomagnetic energy flow based on mathematics and sacred geometry. Placed in or around water, they create energetic vortices that bring molecular structure to water.

Since the writing of the book, as the authors have experimented with different ways of making triskelions, they have discovered both a masculine and a feminine form of the triskelion. 1. When your friends ask you to hangout, and you don’t feel like it, don’t go. Don’t ever do things halfway or do something that makes you uncomfortable. With everything, give all of yourself, even the pieces you never knew existed.
2. It is okay to not know. Everyone always despises the phrase, “I don’t know” but no one tells you that it is okay to not know. The becoming is more important than the being, anyways.
3. If someone ever makes you feel less, in any way, you have every right to walk away. You have every right to cut out toxic people in your life. To close the door on people who make you feel bad about who you are or what you stand for. Friends don’t tear down, they build up.
4. Loss is always going to happen. Just like paint will always chip and rain will always fall, loss will always be part of life. No matter how much I don’t like it, or avoid it, it is going to walk my way at several times in my life. Learn to embrace it and learn to get closure.
5. Give yourself a chance. Stop saying, “I don’t think I can” or “But what if I am not able to?” and give yourself a chance. This may be cliche, but try to believe in yourself. When you get older, your knees won’t work the same and you won’t have the best memory, and you are going to wish you’d given yourself a chance years sooner.
6. Fall in love. Don’t be guarded before you fall in love. You could fall in love three times and still not find the right one, but none of it is going to make “the one” matter less. Don’t fall into that idea that your first love has to be your best love. Fall in love as many times as it naturally happens.
7. Firsts are going to be messy. First loves, first kisses, first dates, first failed tests, first college class, first time you drive a car, first time you ride a plane - first times were made to be imperfect. Just because it’s messy and all over the place, doesn’t mean it can’t be good or worthwhile.
8. You want another scoop of ice-cream? Go get it. Get three more scoops of ice-cream if that is what you want. “Fat” is not the opposite of beautiful and it is not the opposite of happy. Don’t let anyone tell you that your body type isn’t beautiful. Beauty is a social construct, create your own, become your own.
9. Let yourself be alone. Loneliness is not a bad thing. It is healthy and normal. Everyone needs to spend a good portion of their life alone. We learn who we are when we are alone; life is less crowded and more clear when we are alone.
10. If you aren’t happy where you are, change it. Quit your job, move, become a vegetarian, get a new hobby, pick up an old hobby, whatever you do - make sure it benefits you. Life is too short to not be alive, to not be passionate, and overflowing.

hey guys hey, here's a new video i got to do at work. hope u enjoy it, i really love reading and researching and writing these pieces, digging up the different details of these cases is entertaining and fun and i truly believe everybody knows something you don't, so that always keeps me going and i really like seeing out how people in other countries investigate the phenomenon

i am not so stoked about the blemish on my nose, but oh well just ignore that or better yet use it as a reminder: nobody's perfect! however, i am super stoked about my katniss inspired side braid, because i'm SO obsessed with the hunger games right now
